The student must be trained adequately in all four basic languages skills like: understanding, speaking, reading, and writing. if the teacher is to train his students in all four skills, he must make efficient use of time at his disposal.
The student must try to learn and must avoid boredom and feel shy in speaking English.
If we speaking English, we must pay attention or remember about our pronunciation, we must speak English well that the listener understand what we said.

What is speaking??
Speaking is an act or art, a skill to convey a message through oral speech and to produce language for communication. There are two sides to active communication like both speaker and listener must be capable of expressing their ideas and conveying their ideas and conveying their messages.
Many people make a question like: why do we speak??
We need to speak that to express opinions, to converse and convey sentiments our ideas, to declare, proclaim something, to make known and exhibit.
As speaker, we must train to make variation in intonation and stress to indicate which words are important.
Don’t be shy to speak English, if we shy to speaking, when we will begin to train speak English well??
If any something we not understand yet, we can ask our friend about that.
Cooperating with peers or with proficient user of the target languages is low among Indonesian students possibly because most Indonesian students are shy to show that they don’t know something.
As a students we must trained to improve our speaking skills like vocabulary, pronunciation, and understanding grammar.

What can the teachers do to help students became more effective communicate in spoken English??
  • The teacher has a very relaxed body position when talking to the class.
  • moves around the classroom when teaching
  • ask questions or encourages students to talk
  • use personal examples or talks about experience they from outside the class.






About the Teacher...
  • Teacher need to work an aspect that contribute to more fruitful English languages learning, including pronunciation, spelling (phonetics), meaning use of the words.
  • Teacher creates a game that can be used to ideal with problems of vocabulary teaching and learning.


Some Technical Knowledge → be a good Teacher
  • Have good command of English, written and spoken.
  • Have knowledge about the linguistics system of English phonology, grammar and discourse.
  • Have knowledge on the basics principle of languages learning and teaching.
  • Have knowledge on development psychology
  • A good teacher well informed about approaches and methods of languages teaching.
  • Understanding with the curriculum
  • Able to prepare, design, execute lesson plans
  • Able to make, select, adopt, and present
  • Like the students or enjoy to be among children young people
  • Update self with knowledge about the world of young people
  • Communicate well with people and look for opportunity to share ideas, through with colleagues
  • True love for the job of teaching English, dependable, creative, adventurous, risk taker, reflective, and committed to professional growth.
  • Good personality (friendly, eccentric → original).

Suggestion
If we have motivation to learn and speaking English, we must trained to do and learn vocabulary, pronunciation, understanding grammar.
We must believe ourselves that we can speak English well.
